Project: 3D modeling of Excavator (VOLVO, France)
L&T e-ESs scope is Modeling, Drawing Creation & modification on existing Design.
CAD/ CAE Environment - SOLID EDGE V17, CATIA V5 R18
Contribution
3D modeling, Assembly and drafting of Excavator parts.
Modifying components, assemblies and their drawings as per new requirements,
Conversion of existing solid edge models and assemblies to CATIA models.
Generation of Assembly models & Hose routing (X pres Route) of Excavator as per Hydraulic schematic diagrams given by customer.
Create Assembly installation drawing of Excavator.
Project 02 Welding fixture design
L&Ts scope was to Design the fixture for exhaust pipe, which was in IGES format.

Design and 3D modeling of fixture components.
Created assembly of welding fixture and its simulation using DMU kinematics module in CATIA for clash analysis.
Generation of 2D drawing of fixture for manufacturing purpose.

Project: Fire pump controller (Joslyn High Voltage, USA)
L&Ts scope was to create the 3d models and assembly of various sizes of fire pumps controllers.

Contribution
3D modeling and assembly of fire pump controller in solid works, using PDF & tiff format 2D Drawing file as input.
Created assembly configurations for various sizes of fire pump controller.
