Budgeting: Devise effective plans for budget and undertake allocation for a 50 core annual budget.
.Co-Ordination: Regularly co-ordinate with different operational departments of Airline including Commercial, In-flight, Administration, H R and Accounts for smooth functioning of catering department.
Customers Service: Efficiently redress passenger complaints, Based on customer’s feedback and audits, initiate corrective / preventive actions to improve the services and products. Constantly up-grade the in-flight dining services standards.
