 Management of a total of 40 commodities to the total value of 2 Billion per annum; revenue stream to business unit of 38 million per annum; total cost saving to company of 160 million in 2006/7 financial year.

 Supply Chain Management and Procurement Best Practice consultation to Stamford Sales (Boksburg) – FMCG
 Senior Consulting role for Barloworld Logistics at Eskom
 Senior Consulting role for Barloworld Logistics at ABSA - strategic management and procuring of complex category services such as contract labour, consultancy services, marketing, print, travel, telecoms and legal services.

 Applying and managing Strategic Sourcing Methodology on all commodities

 Planning and prioritizing work and managing three Procurement Specialists and one office administrator

 Project Management and Project Procurement

 Setting of budget, monitor budget, control expenditure, authorize expenditure, collection of income and forecasts

 Contract negotiation, administration and management

 Preparing monthly management reports for external and internal projects
