Over all Eight (08) years experience in various electrical and instrumentation field project in major industries like petrochemical, Refinery, desalination and power plant for installation, commissioning and inspection
Responsible for development of Quality control and Quality assurance plans of all instrumentation work as per company specifications and QCP, ITP, Method of Statement (MS).
Inspection and test plan review and implementation.
Development of inspection policy, Area and work distribution to subordinates as per their capabilities to get optimum output from whole team.
To review documentations, subcontractors quality documentation and quality improvement techniques.
Identification of training needs and accordingly development of training courses.
Identification of non-conformities and closer of them with suitable solutions as per site conditions.
Achieving targets fixed by management keeping in mind all safety concerns.
Conducting pre commissioning checks and tests in accordance to the laid down procedures.
Establishment and maintenance of inspection and test plans.
Coordination, performance of inspection and test activities to ensure compliance with applicable standards, specifications and approved design drawings.
Coordination with construction and other contractors to finish work in time at site.
Interaction with sub contractor and vendors for effective work output.
To Manage & supervise all QA/QC activities in the area by complying with HSE requirements.
Ensure Subcontractor compliance with all relevant Quality Assurance Plans, Procedures, Inspection and Test Plans, and inspection and test records.
Review daily progress of all the Electrical & instrumentation activities and to improve QCP, ITP and MS.
Taking a proactive approach by providing workable solutions to increase progress of erection and commissioning activities.
Establish & maintain effective and efficient work interfaces with the company site representative and all direct reporting staff.
Attend daily meetings with group members to achieve daily targets and to resolve any issue, which is retarding progress.
