Job Requirements - To Prepare/up date leading edge on safety policies and procedures. To organize HSE training program for workmen. To promote safe working culture and practice in both offshore and onshore facilities. To ensure compliance with all statutory requirement and liaison with legal personnel. To monitor Safety performance through inspection, risk assessment studies, HAZOP studies, HAZIN, Fire Protection/ Measures, Environment Protection activities, Accident investigation & analysis, Safety Audit and Safety Meetings, Daily House Keepings practices etc.

Establish and maintain proper safety administrative system.

Perform various safety/operations/maintenance duties on drilling & work over rigs including safety training, operation assistance & technical support on maintenance programs.

Ensure contractors meet all requirement of contract from safety standpoint, correct any unsafe practices & making sure all rig personnel comply with company established safety standards & procedures.

Job Title - Safety Supervisor
Job Requirements - To prepare HSE procedure in any construction projects, monitoring and advice to meet and accomplish safety requirements and able to evaluate and analyse hazards and adopt preventive measures with knowledge of hazards, safety assessment methods and physical, chemical, biological and behavioural safety. The work permits for each job activities such as hot work, cold work, Confined space, Excavation work & Radiography. Electrical isolation and work at height etc. Prevailing statutory rules, regulations, codes, standards etc. On site Emergency Planning, Preparedness and Handling.

Investigate all incidents and accidents and submit reports complete with remedial actions to safety team of Head office through responsible manager for corrective action.

Assist the site manager in the management and execution of safety program. Conduct regular site safety inspections and prepare reports for site manager for corrective actions. Check and advice on each work plan or procedures for safety prior to work commencement. Materials handling with ensure proper storage as per MSDS.

Initiate and participate in Tool Box Talk (TBT) conducted by SSA supervisory personnel and subcontractors supervisory personnel. Make and submit weekly and monthly reports to the Head office and keep a copy at site for any audits and reference in the future.

Conduct in-house safety orientation for new workers who report on their first day for work to project site and to return them to their respective sections supervisor for work commencement only after they have attended and acknowledged the pre-employment orientation course.

Issue and immediate verbal/ written “STOP WORK ORDER” for any work activity that is potentially hazardous or life threatening and non-conforming to safety requirement. “THE STOP WORK ORDER” maybe withdrawn only when proper corrective actions have been taken.
