Job Profile
• Overall in charge of the HR /Admin department. (Reporting to Managing Director).
• Recruitment; liaison with recruitment agencies (local & overseas) , screening the applications & selection, arranging the interviews, conducting primary interview for the candidates, database maintenance, preparing contracts for the candidates, follow up, co-ordination with PRO for processing necessary clearance & Visa etc.
• Arranges PTAs for the new recruits, completes the joining formalities, introduction of new recruits to the, organization, people and personnel policy and procedures.
• Ensures medical care for all staff and family members through coordination with assigned hospitals & ministry of health.
• Passport custody, Control, regularization of documents and consulate related works.
• Regularization of employment/Resident Visa, work Permit etc., & transfer of personnel and relieving procedures.
• Coordination with Public relation section for arranging visit visa for visitors, liaison with various foreign embassies and missions for processing business visa.
• Conducting Seminars, presentation and meetings.
• Responsible for all business trips of Sr. Executives as well as regular leave of all staff and family members.
• Also handled Overtime, punctuality, company fleet vehicle control including transport arrangement for company personnel etc.
• Work with all Head of Department to identify the skills required & provides advice & guidance to recruit.
• Maintain the records of Employee Files, Leave and Travel.
• Monitoring & handling company online accounts like salik, vehicles traffic fines, ednrd, Emarat, etc.
