• With my active participation and support, the Business Unit’s well work investment efficiency in 2008 has been more than 20% higher than in 2007. In this effort I worked closely with reservoir engineers, specialists on well fracturing, geologists and the Planning and Control (PPC) team.
• Central role in helping to increase the BU’s efficiency on operating capital stock. As a result, the turnover rate in 2008 as compared to 2007 improved by 34% and the material stock decreased by 45%.
• Central role in the quarterly and monthly monitoring process and supervising the BU’s Performance Contract. As a result, the business and commercial awareness of the organization improved substantially as we drove a 22% performance improvement.
