Θ Installation of 7(seven) gas turbine frame 7EA with auxiliaries
Including Alignment work between accessory compartment and
Turbine Compartment and Alignment work between generators
Compartments and turbine Compartment. (Alignment work here
Include both preliminary alignment and final alignment).
Θ auxiliaries alignment in accessory compartment which include
Alignment of lube oil pumps, alignment between starting motor
And Torque convertor, alignment between torque convertor and
Accessory gear drive and alignment between fuel oil pump and
Accessory gear drive.
Θ Alignment work for fuel oil pumps which supply fuel from tanks
Area to the G.T. units.
Θ Installation of cooling water module for each G.T. unit
Θ Alignment work for cooling water pumps.
Θ Installation of air pressurizing duct for each G.T. unit.
Θ Installation of air filter house for each G.T. unit.
Θ Installation of stack exhaust for each G.T. unit.
Θ Installation of fuel oil pipe lines between G.T area and fuel tanks
Area.
Θ flushing for fuel oil pipe from tanks area up to G.T. units.
Θ Installation of lube oil pipes inside the G.T. units.
Θ Flushing for lube oil pipes inside G.T. units.
Θ Installing of three (3) fuel oil tanks 25,000 cubic meter (m3),
And Two Alva Laval fuel separators. (Supervision as acting site
Manager of JAZANSITE)
Θ Installing & testing of Fire Protection System around the G.T. units

Θ Shift engineer for Damanhur combined cycle which consists of
4 HITACHI gas turbine. And one G.E. Steam turbine
With auxiliaries. (3 years).
Θ Maintenance engineer for 4 HITACHI gas turbine.
Responsibilities:- ( as maintenance engineer )
Θ Routine maintenance for each G.T. unit.
Θ Doing all kind of maintenance for each G.T. unit which include:-
1- Combustion inspection.
2- Hot gas path inspection.
3- Major over hall inspection.
Θ Maintenance engineer for one G.E. steam turbine with auxiliaries.
And do major over hall inspection for this steam turbine
4- Commissioning and start up engineer:-
In EL ATF power station in Egypt which consists of:-
EL ATF power station include a Power Block consisting of two 250 MW combustion
Turbine generators (CTGs), each feeding exhaust gases to its respective unfired heat recovery steam generator (HRSG).

Steam from the two HRSGs will be fed to one 250 MW single reheat, condensing Steam Tur¬bine Generator (STG).The estimated facility net output will be approximately 750 MW (nominal, ISO).
2 Mitsubishi gas turbine frame M701F (2X250mw)
1 Ansaldo steam turbine (250mw) and its auxiliaries
Responsibilities: -
1- Preparation of field operating instructions.
2- Input and preparation on commissioning procedure.
3- Record data as per operating & maintenance instructions.
4- Supervise & witness pre-commissioning & commissioning tests.
5- Supervise field operator & maintenance staff during operation of facility.
6- Prepare shift instructions as required.
7- Assist in preparation of permits & LOTO execution.
8- Assist in plant acceptance test.

Duties as commissioning and start up engineer
► overseeing the contractors' commissioning. which require coordinating with mechanical, instrumentation and control systems disciplines within the Contractors’ startup organization and between contractors to Complete all required testing from component level through Integrated operation with the rest of the facility;

► Review and provide input to contractors' preparation of system
Testing and turnover documentation including scoped documents,
Test records, test procedures and other similar required documents;

► Supervise and direct contractor personnel as required supporting
commissioning activities.
► Report and document subcontractor work activities on a daily basis.

► Coordinate with supplier Technical Assistants to complete
Commissioning of vendor supplied equipment.

► Participate in system turnover walk downs for both Construction and
Client turnovers; initiate, track and resolve punch list items for
assigned areas of responsibility;
► Work hours as required, including shift-work, overtime, weekends
and holidays as necessary to support the project.

Academic qualification
Scientific degree: - BSC degree in mechanical and production engineering
University : - Alexandria university.
Date of graduate: - June 1999
Graduation project: - effect of vibration on the properties of welded joints.

Θ Experience in drawing by AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and Miscellaneous
Computer Applications.
