Roles & responsibilities:

• Inspection of incoming materials as per standard drawings & procedures

• Review of Material Test Certificates as per Standards..

• Prepare & arrange the necessary documents of received material for PID inspection.

• Co-ordination with Vendors & other department for any queries related to inspection.

• Verification of weld mapping as per approved drawings.

• Control and Traceability of Raw materials and welding consumables.

• Preparation of Inspection and Test Plans for Piping, Structural works.

• Preparation of Weld maps & reviews the drawings before fabrication.

• Checking of welding parameters and technique for compliance with WPS

• Review of all applicable standards, codes, customer specifications and approved drawings
