Arados is a part of the Gulf Winds Group of companies involved the supply & services of Defense & Aerospace Parts & Systems Supply, Overhaul & repair, Oilfield Equipments, Construction Materials, Industrial spare parts & Heavy equipments spare parts, tools, pipes & pipe fittings (SS & MS).

Designation: Manager – Client Services & Operations

 Account Managing big & important clients in order to maximize revenue from them by providing excellent service and thus maximizing orders from them.
 Report to the General Manager and provide monthly, quarterly & half yearly revenue projections.
 Managing the Sales and Marketing functions. Project sales for construction & infrastructure projects.
 Managing the purchase/procurement process. Sourcing items locally (Muscat) & internationally i.e. from UAE, USA & UK. & European countries. Negotiating pricing with suppliers to increasing gross margins.
 Managing the Supply Chain Management i.e. coordination and management of all activities involved in sourcing, procurement, and logistics activities.
 Coordination and collaboration with channel partners i.e. suppliers, intermediaries, third-party service providers, and customers. Manage the Supply Chain to reduce the gap between demand and supply.
 Coordinating with logistics and freight companies to ensure timely delivery to client sites & our stores. Negotiating discounted prices with transport companies, DHL etc. for shipping.
 Taking care of the whole documentation procedure involved in procuring & importing goods e.g. arranging end user certificate & documentation for customs duty exemption.
