· Involved in Erection and commissioning of power plant (CFBC) activities all over India.
· Traveling to the entire Project’s site for Erection and commissioning.
Erection & testing, commissioning.
· Steam Drum, column erection ,header, superheated, attempertor ,Ibd tank, cyclone ,economizer,
coal feeder ,Bunker, ESP – Electrostatic precipitator Erection using the draw given by the design team .
· To coordinate the mechanical engineering and drafting activities to ensure efficient and economical design solutions whilst maintaining the delivery schedule.
· Preparation of PFD and PID
· Hydraulic calculation
· Equipment sizing
· Data sheet preparation
· Preparation of BOM for Piping and Ducting
· Preparation of GA and Layouts
· To assist with Project co-coordinator
· To monitor construction, testing and commissioning work executed by construction contractors.
· To manage interfaces with other disciplines
· To prepare requisitions for technical evaluations and discipline material and equipment
