RECENT ACCOMPLISHMENTS

1. On joining CHC, I have generated and implemented an Integrated Safety Management System Implementation Plan for Global Operations. This led to my originating and implementing an SMS Gap Analysis Checklist. The checklist is now being used globally to identify gaps needing rectification in CHC’s Integrated SMS and has been very successful since its introduction.

2. By closely monitoring reported flight and ground occurrences, I have introduced a Trend Analysis Program to CHC by using data collected in SQID (Safety & Quality Information Database) to pinpoint operational factors which have the potential to cause incidents and/or accidents. This program has been recognized as a significant flight safety initiative and will result in positive control of risks to flight and ground operations.

3. I recently devised and introduced a generic Change Management Plan for use in Miri Malaysia and Bangkok Thailand to help administer large business change management issues at these two bases. This plan has been so successful that it has been adopted and is now used company wide on a world wide basis.
