BPCS-Basic Process Control System, SIS-Safety Instrumented System, FGS-
Fire and Gas System.
•Loop Checking of Field Instruments such as Transmitters and Valves.
•Calibration and Functional Test of Fire and Gas Instruments such as Open Path
Gas Detector, Point Gas Detector,Flame,Heat,Smoke and H2S Detector.
•Commissioning of Different Packages such as: Emergency Diesel Generator,
Fresh Water Generator, Sea Water Filter, Vacuum Deaerator Pump, Fire
Water Pump, ElectroChlorinator, Lift Gas Compressor (Rolls Royce).
•Documentation Works: Inspection Report, Preparation and Completion of
Functional Checksheets for PreCommissioning and Commissioning Activities.
•Cause and Effect Activities for all the Instruments.
