I am a GMDSS Marine Radio Operator, I am licensed both in the US as well as the Marshall Islands. I have my TWIC card, a Current Passport and USCG Z card also. For the past 4 years I have been working in the Gulf of Mexico on a salvage barge doing Hurricane recovery work.

My job duties have included being Assistant to the Captain of the barge preparing daily reports and logs, as well as handling dispatch and logistics for the barge over the past 4 years. I was also responsible for keeping time and submitting it to the payroll department on shore base. I have prepared and submitted custom paperwork for all cargo and personnel in and out bound to the barge. I assisted with setting up transportation for personnel to and from the barge.
I have worked with the following companies on this vessel Crowley Marine Services, Inc. and Noble Energy in the past couple of years since becoming a dive vessel I have had the pleasure of working with Wild Well Control, Inc., Stone Energy and Pioneer Natural Resources salvaging platforms taken down by Hurricanes in recent years.

Marine Radio Operator /Logistics /Dispatcher Lafayette, LA.

I am employed by Entech out of Lafayette, Louisiana but sub contracted to Crowley
Marine Services, Inc. to work as Marine Radio Operator for Noble Energy in the Gulf of
Mexico on a 5 year contract to recover fallen oil platforms. Our barge was sold n February
of 2007 to International Boats, so since that time I have been subcontracted to them in the
same position as I served for Crowley Marine. As Radio Operator I monitored a Furuno
Marine Radio System MF/HF DSC Terminal Frequency 2182.00, VHF Radiotelephone
channels 10/16, Single Side Band Transceiver channels 2187, 4207, 6312, 8414, 12577, and
16804, I also monitored the ICOM Helo Radio Frequency 123.05. It was also part of my
duties to keep the daily log for our vessel recording the different happening
during my shift such as drills, wind direction and speed, temperature, overtime, potable
water, fuel and crew on board. In addition to this I also did clerical work such as
preparing RSOR’s (Repair Order Service Request), PMR’s (Parts and Material
requisitions) for our vessel, as well as prepared all flight and cargo manifest for crews and
assisted the Captain with any other projects that he had going each day as well as with
communications to our shore base. In addition to my being Radio Operator I was also
dispatcher for the vessel.

SHIPPING AND RECEIVING CLERK 04/04 – 09/05

As day receiving clerk I am responsible for receiving merchandise deliveries throughout the
day, scheduling delivery appointments and performing and maintaining equipment checks
for all equipment in the store. Working closely with our customer service department
pertaining to special orders placed through the store. Entering data in the computer that
directly affects the inventory control system for the entire store.

OFFSHORE DRILLING RIG CLERK / RADIO OPERATOR 07/01 – 10/03
Transocean Offshore, Inc Houston, TX.

While functioning in this position my responsibilities included management of all records
for personnel employed on the drilling platform, preparation of payroll, and maintenance of
expense reports, with accurate transmission of these to the Houston office. Additionally, I
was required to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, as well as being primarily
responsible for correspondence with Houston. As corporate intermediary for Onsite Medical
Staff, Rig Training and Safety Coordinator, and Onsite Installation Manager, I handled
Correspondence and travel arrangements for all four crews, as well as additional ancillary
personnel required to travel to and from the drilling platform in various national and
international locations.
