As an well site drilling supervisor of Canoro Resource’s of Assam India, I was directly responsible for all completing timely daily drilling and cost control reports required by the operator and regulatory agencies; ensuring equipment and materials meet project and regulatory requirements; ensuring project inventory requirements are met; enforcing company health, safety, and environmental instructions; overseeing project progress; and managing up to 75 employees including 65 nationals and 10 expatriates in Assam India for Canoro Resousce Ltd . I am recognized for my ability to work independently in any as part of a team, or in a leadership role in domestic and international settings,Experence in critic sour gas operations and ERP and with sour gas equipment, Coring and Fishing operation’s, CBM well drilling knowledge, Horizontal well drilling knowlegde.  Goal driven drilling supervisor of 15 years supervising daily drilling operations, daily reporting of daily operations and cost, Health safety on site and safety reports and incident report’s safety training of personal. offering practical and progressive career success in well drilling management.

 Selected to direct daily drilling operations in Assam, India, which involves safety of rig and service personnel, daily cost reporting, incident reporting, cementing jobs, and casing jobs and completion work performed for this company offering well site supervision, project management, production engineering, health and safety management, Wellview data reporting, and international consulting.
 Position entails completing daily drilling and cost control reports required by the operator and regulatory agencies; ensuring equipment and materials meet project and regulatory requirements; ensuring project inventory requirements are met; enforcing company health, safety, and environmental instructions; overseeing project progress; and managing up to 75 employees including 65 nationals and 10 expatriates.
 Worked closely with local residents in Assam, India, rig move coordinator, and truckers to move drill rig, completing project in less days and 25% below previous cost.

o Chosen by this large oil and gas producer to drill coal bed methane wells, air drill and chemical drill from 250m to 1500m, and start a new field in Central Alberta.
o Led a 10 hole project of 2400m natural gas wells with 400m horizontal legs in the Banff formation drilled with PDC bits one record well with the Baker Hughes 222.3mm HCD405Z in build section and 158.8mm HCD404ZX in the horizontal section PDC bits.
o Coordinated in the field 6 rigs, making sure rig’s and sub contractors had the equipment were unutilized on time and rig never waiting on service’s
o Acquired experience in under balance drilling with experience in short direction from 15 deg. to 46 deg, gas well control, wire line coring or conventional coring and wire line testing and running of drill stem testing conventional or closed chamber.
o Introduced air drilling to bring production rate up 20% by maintaining a live well while drilling.
o Gained knowledge of high pressure critical sour gas well drilling with depths from 800m to 3500m, applying knowledge of critical well control, ERP’s operations, sour gas monitoring equipment, BOP equipment, and emergency response planning; delivered well under afe cost by 10% with zero incidents.
o Lowered cost of wells 18%, producing one record well for Husky.
