As you can see from the attached curriculum vitae, my greatest asset is my experience and qualification which gives me that major edge in adaptability, by which I can function in any capacity in strongly multicultural environment. Given my strong academic background as well as extensive though limited work experience, I do feel that I do have the necessary knowledge base as well as professional expertise to be able to make a valuable contribution to the organization while at the same time growing professionally. My years of experience with, Pakistan Air Force, my Secondment to USA to attend various training and courses, & my experience with EHS have provided me with a deep insight of the technical work and various divisions such as people management, office administration, operations & asset management housing , security, etc. I am sure that given an opportunity I shall be able to provide the necessary operations support and ensure a smooth functioning of the area under my responsibility

Maintenance manager & Tech Instructor

Duties performed

• Plan and organize aviation maintenance as well as transports with in the military base
• Supervision of POL stores
• Supervision of petroleum quality control
• Supervision of Overhauling of T- 56 –A-15/15LFE Engine Accessories
• Supervision of maintenance & workplace activities of WP-6,WP-7B and T-56 LFE Engines
• To provide supervision and inspection of Launch and Recovery
• Supervision of Refueling and De-Fueling
• To Handle all the emergencies regarding aircraft maintenance
• Supervision during job training of ground crews
• Supervise ground safety and all type of maintenance regarding aircraft

Duties performed

• Developed, implemented, and managed the company’s Injury/Illness Prevention Program and directed and coordinated the participation of departments within that program;
• Conducted regular safety audits of various departments including the inspection of facilities, worksites, equipment, work practices, and safety devices to ensure compliance with required workplace safety standards, regulations, and County policy; reports findings to department and recommends changes to establish safe work conditions; may compel cessation of work in order to address potential imminent hazards; monitors changes and/or makes follow-up inspections.
• Coordinated, on plans, and implementation of the actions and recommendations of the Company Safety Committee; provides technical assistance and advice to the Committee.
• Prepared monthly, quarterly, and annual reports; maintains proper documentation to conform with record-keeping requirements of municipality; conducts workplace or site assessments and reviews work activities such as maintenance etc that require permits to ensure safe performance; reviews safety program of contractors; periodically performs site inspections as needed to ensure safety of sites and workshops
• Investigated serious accidents and/or incidents of injury or property damage at company’s worksites to ascertain cause and need for corrective action; develops and implements measures and strategies to prevent their recurrence in order to meet long-range loss-reduction goals;
• Served as safety resource to all departments and assisted departments in complying with company’s safety standards; provided consultation, guidance, and technical assistance on matters related to workplace safety and security,
• Monitored Company’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations; evaluates and determines impact of changing regulations; served as the primary representative of the Company with regulatory agencies; accompanies inspectors during significant visits or delegates duties to departmental safety representatives;
• Regular meetings with Risk Management staff to ensure appropriate action is taken in compliance with Company’s safety policies to correct hazardous conditions which result in workers' compensation claims.
• Developed and provided individual counseling, and on-site and classroom training to staff on safety topics such as, driving safety, personal protective equipment, and lifting/back safety; provides training to departmental safety coordinators on safety practices and policies, accident prevention techniques, and accident reporting; coordinates the keeping of records of safety training.

Orderly officer duties

• To handle all the matters of administrative nature.
• To supervise and provide support to fire fighting party in case of fire and to make other necessary arrangements for that.
• Provide assistance and investigate the matters of security(theft ,fraud ,accident or alcoholic occurrences, etc)
• Checking of patrol posts and guards.
• To act as a crises control Officer in case of an emergency.
• Responsible for security of the base.
• To record all the occurrences during his duty in the occurrence book.
• Cary out certain security rounds of technical area as well as domestic area and to make reports for that.
• To ensure that camp rules and regulations are being followed by the employees. I
• Inspection of dining hall of the messes for cleanliness and other hygienic problems.
• Check fresh stock of the messes for proper storage.
• Checking of water tanks and pumping stations for their proper records and make appropriate reports if necessary.
• To provide assistance and to take appropriate measures in case of emergency.
• To keep the authorities well aware of all the activities and progress of the same if necessary.
• To provide assistance, guidance and technical support to the maintenance parties to meet the plan.
• To perform other duties issued by the authorities.

Manager Worker’s Accommodation

Duties Performed

• Responsible for workers single accommodation and sports grounds in the camp
• Making suitable arrangements for accommodation of new employee as per the terms and condition of their contract
• Produce all documents and supporting materials to meet the requirements of ISO standards
• Ensure safe and healthy environment for the employees residing at Camp
• Supervision of subordinates and ensure all are performing their assigned duties accordingly
• Report maintenance/work shop job requisition and Follow up till completion
• Ensure all requirements of accounts fulfilled in time, for prompt action
• To register complains of serious nature and take remedial action
• Maintain discipline with in the camp premises and dining hall
• Maintain property in accordance with rules and regulations
• Maintain physical record of accommodation assets and inventory items
• Forwarding requisition of cleaning, stationary and other requirements to Accounts for further process
• Maintain profit and loss records for the Mess
• To develop sports culture among the employees of the camp
• Maintain daily occupancy of the camp
• Carry out regular camp rounds and interactions with various agencies such as Air force Police, medical, electrical and water supply and Air force quality inspectors as and when needed
• Daily reviewing occurrence book and taking appropriate action
• Ensure that all residents are following camp rules and regulation
