Responsibilities
Ø To carry out day to day job surveillance and inspection activities
Ø Knowledge of PED (Pressure Equipment Directive). IBR
Ø Inspection of Piping using P & ID and Isometric drawings
Ø Supervise the welder qualification Test with client representative and issue welder ID cards for qualified welders and Monitoring of Welder performance
Ø Raw material inspection and its documentation.
Ø Raising and Resolving Non-conformance Reports
Ø Review of Materials / Consumables Test Certificate
Ø Developing Quality documents such as Contract Quality Plan, Quality Control Plan, Method statements and approval from Client
Ø Drawing reading capability- P & ID and Isometric
Ø Following customer Quality plan (QP) and its quality control procedures (QCP) during fabrication process.
Ø Review of welding procedure specification (WPS) and procedure qualification record (PQR)
Ø Qualification of welders.
Ø Root cause Analysis and responsible for Corrective and Preventive action.
Ø Stage wise inspection and its documentation.
Ø Performing in process NDT techniques of welds DPT, MPT, RT & UT and its documentation.
Ø Inspection of radiography films and its respective evaluation and Documentation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Execution (Planning, Fabrication and erection) of piping activity with different material specifications with following below mentioned sequence to achieve the ends of project.


¨ Responsible for fabrication, erection, welding, testing & commissioning of power. process piping packages of surface and underground piping.
¨ Through reviewing project’s documents, specifications and plans, of relevant scope of work to be supervised.
¨ NDT and Deep Penetration test. Hydro Test
¨ Conversant with ISO drawings, P&ID & Line diagrams.
¨ Through knowledge of national /international codes such as API,ASME,ANSI,IS,DIN
¨ Monitor and taking necessary remedial action to ensure full compliance with all relevant standards, e.g., Contract documents, specifications, method statements, policies and procedures.
¨ Monitor/input into data collection systems, providing standard reports as necessary to ensure that superior has the necessary up-to-date information and data to effectively manage the project to meet its objectives.
¨ Coordination for Pre-commissioning of different system /system handover walk down / punch-list co-ordination.
¨ Coordination for Test-Pack & MCP (mechanical completion package) preparation for different system hand over to commissioning/RFSU team.
¨ Certification of project documents from client.
