I wish to submit my resume for the post of Accounts Office.
Presently working in Al-Rakab Oil Electricity Services Company Kuwait as Accountant.
Prior to this I have the honor of working for 07 years in Kuwait. A world renowned company based in Kuwait.
Throughout my service tenure with above mentioned companies, I have enjoyed in working in Accounts & Payroll departments, I am confident enough to assure you that if given a chance I may prove my worth with hard-work, enthusiasm, zeal and honesty. 2. Work Experience - CV/Resume Part 2 [Mandatory]
7 Years experience
To prepare the monthly trial balance, to ensure the accuracy and completeness of account balances
Preparation of depreciation entries every month.
Preparation of journal entries for deferrals and accruals.
To review bank reconciliation statements for all bank accounts on a monthly basis and make necessary entries arising out of Bank Reconciliation Statement
Collecting the Daily cash received report along with deposit slip and posting the necessary entries in the books.
Collecting the Daily cheque collection statement along with deposit slips and posting the necessary entries in the bank accounts
Posting all the journal vouchers in the system, after obtaining authorization from the Finance Manager
Matching original invoices and requests for payments with internal purchase orders or cheque requests
Review the accounts payable aging report on a regular basis to ensure payments are accurate and are not over-due
Request for and receive vendor confirmation of balance periodically
Preparation of payment vouchers and Cheque / Bank Transfer advise for settlement to the vendors and preparation of necessary entries, once payments are made
Preparation of necessary entries for the cash payment to the vendors.
Verify and posts on a daily basis all payment entries for accuracy, classification, and authorization with reference to the supporting documents
Verify payment vouchers to confirm the appropriateness, and compliance with budget, for availability of sufficient supporting documents.
Verify the appropriate approval in respect of expenditure for which the payment is made
Verify the inventory records and ensures that the inventories are accounted properly.
Prepare entries for petty cash expenses summary received from HR & Administration Dept.
Obtain Fixed Assets Register from Administration Dept and passes necessary depreciation entries.
Prepare necessary entries for both acquisition & disposal of fixed assets
Prepare entries in respect of employees' salary & wages
Maintain the General Accounting and all related accounts with proper documentation and records of all transactions
