Coaching Roles & Responsibilities • L11/L12 and A1 NVQ qualified • Coaching, training, assessment and development of local Azerbaijani National Technicians • Required to interface with Production, Instrument and Electrical Technicians as required, ensuring effective operation and maintenance of all equipment • Provision of operating procedures and CMAS Training Plans • Supporting National Staff in the operation and maintenance of all plant systems • Development and review of maintenance procedures, spare lists and training plans • Strong and wide-ranging technical skills within core discipline.
