Thank you for this opportunity. My current project is approaching the final stages of implementation for a new supply chain purchasing system at 70 locations across North America and Canada. This new system is already meeting its business justification numbers and should help reduce inventories by over 10 percent. After reviewing your requirements I have found many similarities in those for my current position and the ones listed in your profile. Excellent presentation, communication, and customer satisfaction skills coupled with an ability to prioritize and coordinate several issues simultaneously to meet goals or deadlines only seem to scratch the surface of the abilities I have mastered to successfully complete my current deployment and several large efforts over the past 10 years.

Develop and implement a 3ed party merchandising and inventory control application required at 70 locations across the United States and Canada. Initial responsibilities required working closely with both the business and information technology departments to develop a methodology to support simultaneous sites deployments over 24 months for integration into a regional inventory management program. The methodology had to address both system and organizational changes while minimizing disruptions to normal business operations and required sufficient detail of tasks and milestones to support training of deployment staff, ensure consistent repeatable delivery, and provide project control. The approved process consisted of 3 phases over a ten week deployment cycle and required no more than four simultaneous deployments. Phase 1 deliverables included program and system overviews to regional site management, reorganization of merchandising departments, training on new business processes, assessment of current infrastructure components, coordinating required upgrades, completion of legacy system data cleanup, conversion of data into new system, obtaining site specific reporting or configuration requirements and scheduling on-site training. Phase 2 deliverables included system setup, data validation, site specific configurations, site specific report development, testing of system connectivity, and completion of classroom system instruction. Phase 3 deliverables included termination of legacy system, 1 on 1 training in live production system, and remote system support. Post project close activities include SOX compliance, developing system utilization monitoring tools, establishing a remote user mentoring program to increase system utilization, new hire training program and increasing the knowledge of production support staff.

Implementation and training support for a new natural gas pipeline simulation system to support marketing, engineering, and field operations at 10 regional locations. All simulations utilized Gregg Engineering application (Winflow). Marketing support services included simulations to estimate system requirements for new contracts and competitor system capabilities. Engineering and operations support services included design support for equipment sizing (compressor and pipe), equipment location, looping requirements, and alternative capacity evaluations.
