I am Master of the Merchant Marine, with a wide experience –more of twenty years- in Tankers (ULCC, VLCC, FPSO, Chemicals), Ship΄s Registry, International Maritime Legislation, Safety Ships Inspections, Audits of ISM/ISPS/Vettings.
I have a wide experience in Control of cargo operations in liquid and dry cargo vessels.
I have a wide experience in Cargo and Ships Inspections: Tankers, Bulk Carriers, Multipurpose, Containers Ships, and in Maritime Accidents Investigations.
I have a wide experience in safety management of dry and liquid cargoes, as well of management of pollution prevention measures and direct the professional teams and operations.
I have a wide experience in planning the operations of mooring, stowage and discharge in Crude Oil Tankers, Chemical and Gas Carriers, in CALM Buoys/ S.B.M. and S.T.S.
I spoke English, Spanish, French and Portuguese.
I have experience of Mooring Master and Loading Master, during six years in the Oil Terminal of Tenerife, and I know sufficiently the Remote offloading systems during the safety loading operations.
