• Ensure approval letters& CVs of project personals shall be retained in file for reference.
• Ensure all the Drawings (Isometric, Plot Plans, General Arrangements& AFC) and Documents are issued to team members, are in the latest revisions.
• All superseded Drawings and Documents are to be recovered from the respective discipline departments.
• Ensure a master list of documents and drawings are maintained with the revision status.
• All latest documents and drawings which issued through transmittal should be stamped as Controlled copy, wherever documents are not issued under transmittal can be stamped as uncontrolled copy.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Extracting all Piping Isometric, Spool and Erection Drawings as per the Line number wise and kept.
• Maintaining Drawing& Document control register contains all details of received, issued and superseded drawings/documents, Updating on weekly basis
• Receiving drawings from Client (PDO) and routing as per the Matrix to all concern departments QA/QC, HSE, Electrical, Piping, Mechanical, Inst, Civil, Telecom, Planning etc..
• Preparing Document Transmittal from Galfar to Client and receiving transmittal from Client to Galfar after the approval or commented by the clients.
• All the Procedures like method statement, Quality control Plan (ITP), HEMP, JHA, Standard procedures etc… Preparing and submitting for clients review and distributing back to all concerned after the approval or commented.
• Daily Progress report updating and issuing to client on daily basis.
• Updating all concrete Quantity register for Equipment foundation, Pipe rack, Buildings and structural steels on daily basis.
• Keeping follow up for all commented documents till to get in to approval by the client
• Actively involved in Internal and External (Petrofac) audit as per the contract
• Carrying out all official email correspondences to all concerned parties
