With diversified exposure of 20+ years to various types of projects assignment in facilities development, commissioning of gas processing/production facilities, revamp & up gradations in oil/gas & Petrochemical plants, I feel confident to be the suitable candidate for the vacant positions. Currently working as senior engineer-Mechanical for OGDCL-Pakistan since October 2000.
Current Responsibilities:
o Lead, arrange commissioning activities for Dehydration & LPG facilities.
o Review technical specifications, ITB documents, evaluate technical Proposal and commercial bids and given recommendations for contracts.

o Pre-qualify the potential suppliers for plants/facilities machinery, installations and commissioning and maintenance spares.

o Contract administration for provision of services for various types of O&M services by the OEM and local contractors for routine preventive and planned shut downs.

o Evaluate and recommend for Capital budgetary (CAPEX) and Operating Budgets Opex requirements for gas processing plants such as LNG facilities, LPG plants.

o Pre-shipment inspections at OEM fabricators shop-local/overseas.

Mechanical graduate engineer with 20+ years diversified experience in various disciplines of Oil & Gas in Exploration & Production Companies industry in onshore and offshore production facilities.

With exposure to multinational/multicultural working environment, and skills & strengths stated herein, I look forward for a career in a professional working environment.

o Logistic coordination for overseas ex-works pre-shipment inspection of process skid mounted equipment, clearance at ports and inland shipment to site for final installation.

o With proven record of handling LPG projects independently worth 40 to 300 Million US$ including Engineering Procurement of materials, logistics and installation/commissioning.

o Well familiar with industrial standards used in fabrication, ASME standards, ANSI codes and Material’s codes used in oil & gas industry.
