Supervision of more than 4 sub-contractors
Identifying technical problems with CCTV, Access control, smoke detection, electronic key locks, metal detection and Alarm systems.
Daily meetings with Senior management , Project Managers and Main Contractor
Project management of State Protocol Lounge (Presidents Quarters) at CTIA.
Liaison with Senior Security manager of ACSA on future Electronic development
Scrutinising of quotations with reference to Fire, PA, Access control and CCTV for 2010 Project.
Reporting directly to senior contractor and Director of company.
