1. Summary (Cover Letter) - CV/Resume Part 1 [Mandatory]

I have more than 6-year experience in analytical work in the energy sector, gained in Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland (where I am employed already), National Security Bureau in Poland and in the Bureau of Research the Chancellery of Sejm (1st Chamber of Polish Parliament), where I am already employed. My main duties in these offices included/include preparing reports, statements, speeches etc. regarding energy, security and political situation in the Eastern Europe and Post-Soviet Space, as well as maintaining contacts with partners from those regions (incluging preparation of events, meetings, conferences etc.) on behalf of above entities.

I am also an instructor in the economical simulation project SENSE (Strategic Economic Needs & Security Simulation Exercise), organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland and Centre of East European Studies, for Eastern (mainly Post-Soviet) partners. I have also extensive experience as a journalist. For many years I have been cooperating as a journalist/reporter with one of Polish military journals (Polska Zbrojna), commentator on oil and gas markets in the East (Polish internet portal e-petrol.pl) and author of some articles about economical and political situation in the Eastern Europe and CIS, for more extensive titles (books). Moreover, I have also an experience in cooperating with NGO - Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights (office located in Warsaw), for which I prepared several comprehensive reports about political situation in the Eastern space.

I have a significant experience in participation in the domestic and international events (conferences, seminars etc., including The Energy Exchange events) connected with above scope of my duties. I also have experience in contacts with Polish and international political institutions and organizations.

I also have extensive experience in traveling around Eastern and Western space, including alone trips. Thanks to the well preparation and organization of such trips I am able to easy establish contacts in these countries. I know Polish, English and Russian languages.
