Since I start my working time, all has being in ships related, normally to oil and cruise
business, as you can check on my below data I begun working with AHTS going thru
harbor tug, crew boats and cruise ships, each stage was a challenge due was different type
of service.
In my period between 1988 / 1998 (NISA Holding) some achievements which I can remark
are: Complete 2 years of Offshore AHTS service without downtimes, Purchase, drydocks,
repair and modification of Harbor Tugs and Crew Boats to serve in Magellan Strait.
Purchase, drydock, refit and operation of the first cruise ship of Nisa and assist the shipyard
to build the next two new units.
Creation of a workshop to serve the company fleet.
In my period between 1998 / 2002 some relevant point in Maracaibo Tidewater base was
create a new Warehouse and Purchasing system according the new directions established
by the management as well to keep the repair and maintenance of the area assigned fleet,
first as a Senior Port Engineer ,then as Operation Manager Assistant.
In Crewing Matter assigned to Mexico by Tidewater Marine, the full certification of the
Latin America crew to comply with STCW 95 on time being suscesfull.
After Tidewater I resign to start my own business, which unfortunately didn’t grow up, so I
join another company (MARSS) as Marine Surveyor and after that to two month ago again
change to a more related job as Technical Superintendent of an Ice Breaker Cruise Ship
doing service to the Antarctic Area.
According my background I think I can be a good choice for your company due my
experience on the field can help to your operation.
