Job Profile:

 Responsible for Loop check of FOXBORO DCS related YOKOGAWA, Rosemount Transmitters and Fisher make Control valve as well Shutdown valves.
 Responsible for Function test of Motors, Compressors logics in DCS and also
Emergency shutdown logic in TRICONEX based ESD system.
 Handling Control room as well site related activities like HSE guiding to technicians, man power handling, preparation for loop check and Function test.
 Review and verify all completion input to Project Master Schedule and detailed planning of all Completion activities like loop check and function test..
 Responsible for execute unit start-up and performance tests of motors, pumps, compressors ensuring proper and safe operation of the machine by evaluating the running parameters and troubleshoot control system problem as they arise.

Job Profile:

 Installation & Commissioning of Delta V DCS of Emerson make version 9.3.
 Installation of Delta-V software, Up gradation of Hardware and loop checking.
 Installation & Commissioning of TRICONEX PLC.
 Developing new control loops & its configuration, configuring continuous historian, developing new interlocks & logics in Delta V DCS.
 Handling Routine problems of DCS like I/O Error, I/O card failure, Engineering and Work Station Related problems, hanging and slow down of systems, Communication errors.
