06/07 – 03/09 QUEIROZ GALVÃO ÓLEO E GÁS S.A.
Administrative Manager

Responsible for the standardization and management of 43 supplier contracts for the rendering of services, including the preparation of management reports and the control of budget of the base (R$ 2.6 million/month).
Responsible for the activities of accounts payable and accounts receivable, billing, cash flows, bank reconciliation, accounting entries and taxes.
Relations with the client Petrobras, involving the negotiation of requests, problem solving and billing control.
Monitoring of cash flows, trial balances of the operating costs and statement of income and financial indices (variable costs, revenue, operating cost).
Support in the implementation of the ERP system (financial, accounting, tax, purchases, payroll, receipt, personnel and materials logistics) at the base of Macaé, and documentation control system.
Construction of the new base in Rio das Ostras (64,000 sq. m): definition of the project and approval with the Municipality, Fire Station and FEEMA, budget definition and management of the construction works (beginning of the construction works).
Responsible for the Domestic Purchases and for standardizing the domestic purchases by category.
Monitoring of the control of the company’s assets and audit of the administrative procedures.
Control of supplies, of receipt of materials, and also the coordination of the transport logistics of the same.
Digital and physical control of the import declarations (ID) of the oil rigs, and the administration of the remote system of Databras for controlling imports and updating the Federal Revenue Department Siscomex system.
Management of the development of the Company’s Annual Training Program in line with the needs and obligations.
Support to HR processes (admission, dismissal, training, remuneration, training evaluation, payroll control).
Coordination of the new hiring plan (support and operations) to meet the needs of the new oil derricks, and implementation of the training and succession program.
Coordination of the activities of the IT area of the base (also of the derricks), and management of hardware and software resources.
Implementation of the QSMS objectives and policies, management of turnover indices, hours lost during the operation, number of accidents with oil spillage; number of accidents with and without leave; among others, and the implementation of the security and quality audits.
Responsible for the “ISO 9001/2000”, “ISO 14001/2004” and “OHSAS 18001/2007” Certifications at the Macaé base.

Management of the offshore and onshore operations, assisting and meeting the clients’ needs in the definitions of projects and/or operations, and the performance of inspections.
Coordination and analysis of flaws, and creation of the conditions to ensure the efficiency of the maintenance plan.
Implementation and monitoring of internal and sector audits, and the management of QSMS indices and preparation of management reports.
Monitoring of the technicians’ and engineers’ training and career program and of the technicians’ and engineers’ career plan.
