i am a fully skilled fabricator welder who has recently been fabricating and welding very heavy structural steel.
i am currently looking for employment and realise, due to the financial crisis my have to relocate to find suitable work. i am skilled in all aspects of fabricationand
i have all current coding including flux cored which i am trying to add to my c.v.
Manufacturing structural steelwork for various contracts. (Contract ended after three weeks due to lack of work.)

Duties included the fabrication and welding of structural steelwork for large contracts, such as Wembley Stadium, Pinewood Studios and Terminal Five of Heathrow Airport. Also, steelwork for a new hospital in London and many multi-storey car parks.
Meeting with clients and measuring up for upcoming jobs for various steelwork projects i.e. barn conversions, loft conversions, balconies, staircases and balustrades, and all sundry of smaller jobs for the local council or community, then , helping with the fabrication, welding and fitting or erection on site of the completed job.

After leaving school in 1990, I completed an apprenticeship with Lloyds British in Exhall, in welding and fabrication. Since then, I have mainly worked in the steel industry. I am proficient in all types of welding including MIG/MAG, Arc and TIG and also coded in flux cored (positional) welding. I can fabricate from drawings and use oxyacetylene or plasma cutting equipment.
