Abilities to enhance production process operations optimise resource & capacity utilisation; escalate productivity & operational efficiencies; while curtailing costs & expenses. Proficient in managing technically advanced, cost-efficient, state of the art Production Systems and Processes. Sound knowledge of implementing ISO, Six Sigma, & 5S for increasing production and have good understanding of Business Plan.

Maintenance & Trouble Shooting
Planning and effecting preventive & predictive maintenance / overhauling / repair schedules of various machineries & instruments to increase machine up time and long term equipment reliability.
Proactively identifying areas of obstruction / breakdowns and taking corrective measures / steps to rectify the equipments through application of trouble shooting tools.
Assessing requirement of spares; indenting material; interfacing with the Purchase Dept. for on time procurement of technically approved indented material.
Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques / measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M Expenditures and work within the budget.

Quality
Interacting with the Quality Department for detection of potential deficiencies and implementing corrective actions. Maintaining Quality Systems and Process Control Records.
Directing and guiding improvement projects under TQM activities.
Implementing TQM, ISO, Six Sigma, 5S, quality systems & procedures to achieve maximum plant effectiveness.
Assessing quality performance in production areas along with the analysis of safety, technical requirements as per the standards.

People Management
Overseeing the performance of subordinates, mentoring / motivating them to improve their contribution levels.
Training and guiding teams on towards identifying factors critical to quality, reducing process variation, improving capabilities & increasing stability.
Organising Skill Development Training along with the HOD-HR, Training & TQM Depts.
