• Material receiving inspection and documentation.
• Maintain list of calibrated measuring and monitoring devices.
• Identifying discrepancies, non conformances in advance through the daily surveillance reports, this minimized the NCR/CAR ratio.
• Control of Non-conforming products by issuing CAR and NCR’s.
• Inspection of construction activities in each stage in accordance with approved Quality Control Procedures, Inspection Test Plan, and Project Specification to achieve mechanical completion.
• Attend system turn over walk down.
• Supervising sub-contractor QC.
• Daily monitoring of outstanding system ITRs through WinPcs/Foxpro and coordinating with construction.
• Co-ordination with certification group to fulfill the requirements of system/subsystem turn over.
• Assist in internal auditing and preparation for client audit.
• Capable to execute construction projects in all stages.
• Erection and installation of Switch gears, panels, HVAC systems, Transformers, NERs, cable trays, conduit systems, Fire Alarm systems, PAGA systems and instrument installations in accordance with the project Drawing, P&IDs etc.
• Experienced with all types of testing equipments like Primary Current Injectors, Secondary Current Injectors, Megger, Ductor, Fault locator, Communicators etc.
• Functional checks of Switch gears, MCCs, Cranes, Motor feeders, DC and AC UPS, Start up of Compressors and Instrument loop checking.
• Prepare As-Built drawings upon completion of work, Co-ordination with Vendors, Sub contractor and Client representatives
