Corrective, Preventive, Breakdown & Shutdown Maintenance of instruments in Gathering centre.{Crude oil desalting plant, Condensate Recovery Units, Oil & Gas Separators & Scrubber, Inst.Air Compressor, Heaters, Gas turbine}.
Installation, Commissioning, Loop checking of various field instruments.
Daily and monthly checklist and calibration report preparations on Fire & Gas detector, UVIR, Heat detector and Smoke Detectors in crude oil gathering centers.
MY SKILLS:-
Have ability to read & understand the instrument manuals and drawings {Piping & Instrument diagram, Cause & Effective drawing, Graphics Diagram, Relay Logic Diagram}
I have a good knowledge of Level Troll (Displacer Type LT) for level Measurement. Displacer Type makes Fisher, Foxboro, Masoneilan and Magnetrol. Their calibration and day to day maintenance problem.
Have ability to carry out calibration of different types of Pressure, Temperature, Flow and Level transmitters of Pneumatic & Electronics types. {Honeywell, Rosemount, Foxboro, Fisher, ABB Kent, Yokogawa, Fuji Elect, Moore and Magnetrol}
Have worked on Different types of Transducers, Convertors, RTDs, T/Cs, Gas Detectors, Speed Sensor’s, LVDT’s, and Solenoid Valves
Having a good experience on different types of Control Valves with Positioner & accessories. I have also performed servicing, Calibration & Rectifying jobs like Lapping, Changing valve seat, steam, plugs and Cage. {Fisher, Masoneilan, ABB Kent, Neeles-James and Valvetek}
Have ability to carry out calibration of different types of Switches like Pressure, Temp., Flow and level (SOR, Barksdale & etc)
