Responsibilities

• Planning

 Performing Earned Value Analysis at different stages of running Projects to keep the overall cost of the projects in limits according to the budget.
 Preparation of Budgets at different levels and their periodic revisions considering actual site conditions.
 Monitoring cost incurred under different Budget Cost Heads, preparing comparisons considering different scenarios and presenting them to the higher management.
 Preparing Cost Reports on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
 Preparation of detailed work schedule for the Client using Primavera P3 3.0.
 Preparation of internal schedule for site execution using Primavera P3 & Descon Project monitoring system DPMS (Level-IV Planning).
 Generate progress and efficiency reports on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
 Updates activities of base line schedule in close coordination with Site I/C & Site Manager.
 Hands on knowledge about company systems including Primavera P3, DPMS, DCS, GDMS, GDES, NStore, SBT etc. and ensures that systems are being properly implemented at site.
 Remains fully aware of activities being carried out at site.
 Identify updated requirement of manpower. Direct materials, direct consumables and equipment based on 3-months look-ahead plan.
 Monitor and analyze progress, efficiency, consumption of direct materials & equipment utilization.
 Estimate the cost impact whenever there is any change in scope of work or plan is revised.
 Fully aware of scope of work, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Organization Breakdown structures (OBS) and work procedures. Prepare grid/matrix to show split of work into zones, areas, discipline and supervisor.
 Measuring Performance and advising corrective actions.
 Analyzing reports, finding Potential Critical Activities and raising flags for them.
 Supporting proposal department and preparing bid schedules.
 Establishment of Base Line Schedule (Clause – 14 Program).
 Pre-mobilization Planning.
 Preparation of LF (Latest Forecast) Plans.
 Preparation of EOT (Extension of Time) P3 schedule incorporating all the relevant site data for the running projects.
