* Member of a team responsible for delivery of seismic processing products and services to support Upstream Americas marine activities, involving NAZ, WAZ, and OBS data with an emphasis on supporting OBS and 4D projects
* Maximize business impact by on-time delivery of high quality seismic technologies and products to asset teams
* Working within a team environment, deliver assigned seismic imaging products and services which are timely and provide UA marine business assets a competitive advantage (incl quality control and appropriate application of technology)
* Follow strict Project Management protocols for all seismic processing projects, including creation of Project Authorization forms and Management of Change documents as necessary while maintaining confidentiality appropriate to play / project
* Progress and results are communicated to the customers / partners on a regular agreed-upon basis and concluded with final reports and closeout
* Effective interaction with seismic survey design, seismic interpreters (SI), and other teams as needed will be part of the job
* Knowledge dissemination via best practice work processes, After Action Reviews, and publication of internal / external technical reports is expected
* Individual Contributor Role, no financial signing authority
* Products and services will impact decisions regarding well placement and well planning for Offshore drilling (wells >$100 mln)
* Manage close interface with UA asset interpreters
* Interface with the Deepwater Development and Exploration Imaging groups, and the Marine Technology group to ensure up to date seismic imaging technology is used on assigned projects in addition to providing guidance on making workflows and processing runstreams more efficient
* High degree of interaction with asset teams is expected
* You may throughout the assignment have different roles (e.g. team member, project manager, coach, coordinator) and be involved in different project types
* Mentoring of less experienced team members
* Projects to be delivered under strict project management standards with a delivery mindset required
* Good networking skills required to ensure most up to date seismic imaging technology is deployed in onshore projects
* Manage multiple projects, delivered on time, while maintaining top quartile performance in quality and low cost
* Must be able to balance project delivery across multiple Upstream Americas customer groups
* Must be able to balance UA offshore business needs with Enterprise First behaviors
* Geographic challenges (customers in multiple locations) need to be managed effectively, virtual working skills are needed
* Must maintain awareness of imaging technology relevant to project needs
