• Identify and analyses pre tender contracts to detect ambiguities, inaccurate statements,
omissions of essential terms, and conflicts with possible legal prohibitions,
recommending qualifications to ensure compliance with Company Contracting Policy
• Assisting and monitoring of tenders submission document
• Maintain contracts in common drive and distribute according to respective department
• Arrange kick off Meeting upon Contract Award and preparation of contract
documentation for the meeting.
