1. Scope of Responsibilities
To coordinate project integrity management (IM) plans and interfaces, ensuring technical integrity of facilities during the design, construction and operation. Responsible for the implementation of the Petrofac Asset Integrity Framework.
2. Primary Duties
Oversee day to day IM activities and the management of IM interfaces in accordance with designated areas of responsibility.
Ensure integrity Objectives, Policies and Procedures are implemented in designated areas of responsibility.
Initiate and support IM Awareness programs and campaigns.
Ensure integrity requirements are communicated to all relevant personnel in designated areas of responsibility and verify compliance by all appropriate means (meetings, inspections, monitoring, and audits).
Responsible for initial development of a project IM Control Register in conjunction with the Integrity (Assurance) Manager.
Allocates, in conjunction with the Project single point of accountability for Integrity Management during each project phase (eg. PEM for Design, CM for Construction, etc) responsibility for activities and deliverables identified in the IM Control Register to individuals within the Project Delivery Team.
Responsible for co-ordinating timely progression of all IM activities (including any system reviews) and updating the project IM Control Register accordingly.
Monitors and periodically reports IM activity completion status.
Responsible for the initial development of a project Integrity Threat Register in conjunction with the Integrity (Assurance) Manager.
Responsible for coordinating timely progression of actions associated with integrity threat mitigation and updating the Integrity Threat Register accordingly.
Responsible for incorporating any emergent threats into the Integrity Threat Register and agreeing any necessary mitigating actions with the Integrity (Assurance) Manager.
Liaises with the IA Group to facilitate the scheduling and execution of IA activities (milestone reviews, document reviews etc.)
Files the project IM Control Register and key integrity-related deliverables within AIRS.
Assist fully in the investigation of incidents and near misses
Organize and participate fully and openly in all IM compliance assurance audits, inspections, performance meetings, etc.
Provide input HAZID, HAZOP, HAZCON, ENVID, QRA Workshops organized by HSE Design.
3. Job/Cost Impact
Ensure the Project is executed in compliance with Client IM requirements & local laws and regulations
Ensure adequate cost is allocated for Project IM requirements during proposal stage
4. Decision Making Authority
In conjunction with key project stakeholders, inputs to decisions on technical integrity assurance related issues that can have a direct impact on process plant safety, operability, reliability and maintainability, as well as on revenue and schedules, on projects and proposals.
Engineering Graduate with at least 10 years of relevant experience in the Oil and Gas Industry (or related Industries) covering FEED, detailed design and EPC, plus operating or start-up and commissioning experience. Ideally with a combination of onshore and offshore experience
